George Soros had as his mentor for at least part of his time at the London School of Economics in the 1950's the lecturer Karl Popper.

It seems that as a direct teaching of Karl Popper's George picked up a concept that was spuriously founded upon one of the most famous laws in physics, the 'Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle'. The use of the Uncertainty Principle in the chaotic world of economics unfortunately produces a false justification for unconscionable actions worthy of such a criminal and enemy of the world as has been often depicted in James Bond stories, one at least as bad as Mr Goldfinger. The use of this law in physics is used in effect to conflate the irresponsibility of misusing small loose change (pennies and cents) with the an irresponsible misuse of billions of £ or $.

At 3 minutes and 20 seconds into this lecture George Soros iterates one of a set of banalities of Karl Popper's (Karl Popper was a mentor at the London School of Economics). With this statement he attempts to purport that the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle (in which fundamental particles cannot be pinpointed in respect to momentum and location at the same instant) applies to laws of physics, an assertion that is completely fatuous. His objective, as was Popper's, is to open the door to writing, thinking, or preaching whatever he wants and to pass it off as fact and reality.

For a man with a 'God' complex who wishes to erase nation states, democracy, Europe, and anything or anyone who disagrees with him, this lays the foundation stone for dangerous delusionism that can excuse anything that any psychopathic person might inflict on the rest of the world's population

Ignorance and absence of understanding of the Uncertainty Principle, yet use of it in this sort of an argument, serves only to conflate himself with an ordinary person in which empathy with others is present and psychopathy is absent. He goes on to adorn his actions with the cloak of a humane and genuinely concerned person who is honest and benevolent towards fellow human beings. He is truly evil
