Things that do not change can be said to be timeless, but things that are based upon changeless laws can be said to be of truth, reality and especially, of God.

Laws of physics are also such tenets that should be upheld up as unchanging, although some scinetitsts today do appear bent upon trying to make a name for themselves by making headline grabbing vlaims, as we may say, willy nilly.
