Gordon Brown would be best called a "Wrecker".

As Chancellor of the Exchequer throughout Tony Blair's time as Prime Minister, he pledge an end to what he called "Boom and Bust". What he did not disclose was his retrospectively apparent intention to impose "Bust" without the "boom".

He was totally behind everything Marxist in the British Government throughout Tony Blair's premiership, and whilst he shared many of Blair's faults, he presented a kind of stupidity or incompetence never ever before experienced or exhibited in the government of the UK. He is most famous for his deliberate wrecking of the UK economy and his handling of sales of UK Treasury gold bullion. While some put this down to stupidity, it seems impossible for it to be so, in which case it was deliberate, and constituted an act of treason.
