All Out War Within a Nation

When a war within a nation polarises the nation in such a way that an armed conflict occurs, or conflict in which death is inflicted by one side upon the other, then all civilised relationship have ended and a war within the borders of the nation is taking place.

This can the most bloody and vicious kind of conflict dues not least to the way in which families can be torn apart by the forces that brought about the polarisation of views and aspirations.

Normal laws and their enforcement will to one degree or another be suspended, or may become unenforceable. In the worst scenario total lawlessness can occur.
